Term XXIV Appeals Questionnaire & Questions Post
Welcome to the official appeals questionnaire entry!
Have you read the guidelines in our user information? Think you can handle that? If so, feel free to fill out this handy-dandy questionnaire:
ATTENTION ALL NEW APPLICANTS
It has come to my attention that this post isn't a secure place to post appeals due to the fact that people are sent notifications when I'm forced to unscreen applications to respond to them. Because I want to keep your privacy, as the applicant, secure until you actually start your appeal, we are going to experiment with a new procedure.
Please submit your application for an appeal via Google Docs:

Once you've submitted that, please comment here with your name and house just so I make sure to get a notification/don't miss your appeal. Since I won't respond to your comment, your appeal should stay private until it actually starts. All further communication will be via email or PM.

The process for approving your application has been started. There is one appeal still ahead of yours, so if yours is approved, I anticipate starting it on June 18th or so. I will be back in touch once your appeal is approved with a bit more information, so please sit tight in the meantime!

Your appeal has been approved. You are now welcome to request membership to hih_appeals. When you are ready, please post your finished appeal as an entry to the community's queue. We are currently working on the previous appeal, but as I said before, I'm looking to post yours and start the questioning process no later than June 18th, so please try to have your appeal in the queue by June 15th or 16th if possible.
