Hi Christa,

I'll try to fit your appeal in before the end of term so you won't have to wait until all the change of term craziness is over. If that works for you, I can drop your appeal as soon as possible after I hear back from your prefects. Let me know if that timing doesn't work for you or if you'd prefer more time or anything.
