2) To be honest, I am in a phase where I am trying to figure that out for myself. The last few years, my main goal was to finish my uni degree and find a job. I got my degree, I got a job, and that's all still very new and exciting. I'm not really planning to have a family any time soon, so I wonder if it's success in the workplace I am working towards. But I had a better job offer than the one I ended up taking, and I realized it wasn't what I wanted. My greatest ambition right now is to get settled in this new situation, change my living arrangement because it's making things more complicated than I'd like (endless commute of doom), and regroup, so to speak. I'm sure once this doesn't feel quite so alien and new anymore I'll be looking towards getting a promotion and climb the career ladder some, but it's not a definite goal or ambition as much as knowing myself, and knowing I'll want to advance eventually. Right now I'm glad if I find the way to my office every morning. XD
